Chia pudding is so simple and makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast, dessert or snack any time. We like to sneak a daily dose of herbal powders into our chia pudding. This recipe has our bacopa monnieri extract powder to help get your brain going in the morning.

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp bacopa extract powder
dash of cinnamon
pinch of salt

Method

Whisk cacao powder with  maple syrup and a splash of milk until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and whisk until no clumps remain. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight. Top with your favourite fruit and coconut flakes.
