Mango Matcha Latte

Calling all matcha enthusiasts who like things a bit...extra (but trust us, it's AMAZING). This Mango Matcha Chia recipe is a blast from the past – it was a crowd-pleaser at our 2017 Matcha Bar Pop Ups (IYKYK).

Prep: Mix 1 ½ tsp of chia seeds into ¼ cup of coconut milk or water, let sit in fridge and allow to thicken for 30 minutes or overnight. Purée 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mango in a food processor or high speed blender.


To make the Mango Matcha Chia drink:

    1. Add the soaked chia seeds to the bottom of your glass.
    2. Layer on the mango puree.
    3. Sweeten with maple syrup.
    4. Add ice and oat milk.
    5. Whisk 1 tsp of Japanese Matcha with 1oz of hot water and pour into the glass.


Stir and sip!

Willing to go even more extra? Top with cold foam.
