Turmeric Ginger Peach Crumble

Peach Crumble for ✨one✨ because you're worth it πŸ‘ 😌

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 tsp @drinkamoda Golden Turmeric Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of cinnamon

METHOD

In a bowl, gently toss peach with cornstarch + Amoda Turmeric Ginger blend. Transfer to a 6inch ramekin/mini pie dish.

Combine all crumble ingredients by mashing with a fork. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake at 400F for 15-20 mins or until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 min if needed, to brown the crumble topping. Watch closely so it doesn't burn!

Allow to cool for 10 mins, top with vanilla ice cream, and enjoy!!
