Peach Crumble for ✨one✨ because you're worth it 🍑 😌

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large ripe peach, sliced
- 1 tsp @drinkamoda Golden Turmeric Blend
- 1/4 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- dash of cinnamon
METHOD
In a bowl, gently toss peach with cornstarch + Amoda Turmeric Ginger blend. Transfer to a 6inch ramekin/mini pie dish.
Combine all crumble ingredients by mashing with a fork. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake at 400F for 15-20 mins or until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 min if needed, to brown the crumble topping. Watch closely so it doesn't burn!
Allow to cool for 10 mins, top with vanilla ice cream, and enjoy!!
