Tea Infused Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

This egg-free chocolate raspberry mousse requires just 4 ingredients, and is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next get together! Make the chocolate cream mixture ahead of time, and whip just before serving. Be sure to double or triple the recipe...just trust us!


  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 3 tbsp Small Miracles black tea or your favourite berry black tea

  • 4oz bittersweet chocolate

  • pinch of salt


  1. In a small pot, add the cream and tea. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until small wisps of steam form. Do not boil. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, roughly chop the chocolate and set aside.

  3. After 5 minutes, press the tea leaves with the back of a spoon before removing and discarding. Stir in the chopped chocolate and pinch of salt until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

  4. Transfer to a shallow bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until the mixture is completely chilled.

  5. Before serving, whip the chocolate mixture with a handheld mixer or stand mixture until stiff peaks form.

  6. Transfer to a piping bag, and pipe into glass serving cups. Garnish with a fresh or frozen raspberry, and enjoy!
