Reishi Chocolate Covered Strawberries

The perfect valentine's, palentines, or solo date night treat!


  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 200g chocolate of your choice (milk, semi sweet, dark)
  • 1 tsp Amoda Cacao & Reishi
  • optional: 1-2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Set aside. Line a plate or small tray with wax paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or double boiler. Add the Cacao & Reishi and whisk until the mixture is smooth. If needed, add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil or neutral oil to thin out the chocolate.
  3. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and place on the wax-paper lined plate. Allow to set in the fridge for at least an hour.
