Peach Ginger Sour

Grab a Martini Shaker or a Mason Jar and fill with ice. Add:

  1. 2 1/2 oz. (approx. 1/3 cup) Peach Ginger black tea (steeped on the strong side)
  2. 1 tsp of sugar dissolved in the hot tea or 1/4 oz simple syrup
  3. Splash of Cranberry juice 
  4. Juice from 1/2 Tangerine or Orange
  5. Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  6. 1 oz of gin

Shake for 10-15 seconds, pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with lemon twist. Omit the alcohol and serve in a tall glass.
