But don’t panic! Dr. Stephanie Bayliss, a practitioner of naturopathic medicine, has created a delicious alternative that is dairy free, gluten free, and refined sugar free. This recipe has that beloved pumpkin spice flavour we all love and cherish, but with none of those terrifying artificial ingredients.

Don't have our pumpkin blends? Instead you can try 1/2 tsp of matcha or turmeric, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, all spice). Our Pumpkin Spice Matcha also has chaga mushroom, so feel free to add adaptogens!
