
How to make a two-cup version of this:
- Steep 1.5 teaspoons of Sangria tea in 1/2 cup (4oz) of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- After a 5 minutes, discard the fruit pieces and add 1 tsp of matcha to the hot tea and whisk with an electric milk brother (our matcha tool of choice). You can use a bamboo whisk or even a kitchen whisk if you want - just use an appropriate bowl to whisk in.
- Pour the hot tea mixture over two cups full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
If you'd like this sweetened up, you can add sugar or sweetener to the hot tea so it dissolves. Alternatively you can stir in simple syrup or agave at the final step. Enjoy!
