Matcha Pre-Workout Energy Shot

Did you know most conventional pre-workout drinks have at least 150-300mg of caffeine?! That's the same amount of 2-3 cups of coffee! Amoda Matcha Energy Blend only contains 15 mg of caffeine, but will give you the energy boost you need without the jitters or crash.


  • 1 tsp Matcha Energy Blend
  • 1/4 cup coconut water, lemonade, or juice
  • handful of ice

Add everything to a shaker cup, and enjoy 15-20 minutes before your workout.


Less caffeine, more energy?
