We make these every weekend so there's always a quick bite for the busy workdays. These are packed with superfoods, so you get essential nutrients, fiber and protein. What you need to do:
Stir all the ingredients together. Start with a wooden spoon, but get in there with your hands, it's so much easier that way. Roll into small balls about 1 inch round. Use a sifter to lightly dust the balls with matcha so the beautiful matcha flavour is the first thing you taste.
