RECIPES FROM AMODA

No bake. Super easy. Vegan, all-natural, gluten-free.

We make these every weekend so there's always a quick bite for the busy workdays. These are packed with superfoods, so you get essential nutrients, fiber and protein. The matcha in these give you a subtle energy boost, which is enhanced by cacao and maca. These will get you through to mealtime! The small amount of dark chocolate chips in these make it seem like dessert!

We suggest stocking up on bulk superfoods listed in this recipe because they are so versatile and great to have on hand.

What you'll need:

  • 1/3 cup all-natural peanut butter (or a nut butter of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp matcha + a little to sprinkle on top (We use our culinary grade matcha)
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Matcha Culinary Grade - perfect for baking and cooking

What you need to do:

Stir all the ingredients together. Start with a wooden spoon, but get in there with your hands, it's so much easier that way. Roll into small balls about 1 inch round. Use a sifter to lightly dust the balls with matcha so the beautiful matcha flavour is the first thing you taste.

Enjoy!

We'd love it if you would take our quick 3 minute matcha survey! We want to know how you're drinking, why you're drinking and what else you're using matcha for. It will help us launch matcha products that you can't live without! Click here to take the survey.
