Matcha Affogato

You really can't go wrong with this dessert! The combo of vanilla and matcha is a classic one and all you need is two ingredients: matcha + ice cream. 

Simply whisk one teaspoon of Amoda Classic or Ceremonial matcha with 1 oz of hot water and pour over a scoop (or two!) of your fave vanilla ice cream.
