Need a quick dessert for a crowd? This London Fog No Bake Cheesecake is sure to impress. The sweet, creamy, and slightly tangy filling is complemented by a buttery graham cracker crust. This dessert comes together in no time, and requires no baking!
INGREDIENTS (Makes 4)
- 1 block of full fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Amoda London Fog
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
METHOD
Combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. The mixture should resemble wet sand. Distribute the crust mixture evenly between 4 small jars or ramekins, pressing the mixture down to form the crust. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, greek yogurt, sugar, and London Fog with a hand mixer until combined.
In another bowl, whisk heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Gently stir in 1/3 of the heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spoon this mixture into each jar, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
