Strawberries and matcha are a delicious flavour combo! Add in a little coconut milk from our Matcha Latte Blend and you've got the perfect ingredient for strawberry popsicles or a latte. Scroll down to find out how to make the latte.
In a bowl, add chopped strawberries and sugar. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes until the strawberries become syrupy.
In a mug, whisk matcha with hot water. Strain the matcha into a measuring cup, and add oat milk. Mix to combine.
Spoon 1-2 tbsp of the syrupy strawberry mixture into each popsicle mold. Top with matcha. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
You can spoon 2-3 tbsp of the strawberry mixture, from the recipe above, into the bottom of a glass, top with ice, and fill with the matcha + oat milk for a refreshing strawberry matcha latte.
