Cold brewing tea is the simplest way to make iced tea. The flavour of the finished cold brew is well-rounded and complex on its own, but you can take it to the next level by adding fresh fruit and fresh herbs. Try experimenting with different combos! INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons Berry Fruity green tea, or other green tea
2 cups water, room temperature
1/4 cup raspberries
2 sprigs of fresh mint
METHOD
Add Berry Fruity green tea, raspberries and mint to room temperature water.
Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. You can prep in advance by letting it cold brew in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day.
Remove or strain tea leaves.
Serve with or without ice and enjoy!
