How to cold brew tea with fruit & herbs

Cold brewing tea is the simplest way to make iced tea. The flavour of the finished cold brew is well-rounded and complex on its own, but you can take it to the next level by adding fresh fruit and fresh herbs. Try experimenting with different combos! Scroll down for a recipe with a combo if fruit and herbs we particularly like.

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons Berry Fruity green tea, or other green tea
2 cups water, room temperature ⁠
1/4 cup raspberries⁠
2 sprigs of fresh mint⁠

METHOD

Add Berry Fruity green tea, raspberries and mint to room temperature water.

Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. You can prep in advance by letting it cold brew in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day.⁠

Remove or strain tea leaves. ⁠

Serve with or without ice and enjoy!⁠
