Not sure what type of tea to use to make bubble tea? Try it with an earl grey! You really can't go wrong - lady grey, earl grey, earl grey cream, lavender earl grey - they all taste amazing in bubble tea.
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons Lady Grey Garden black tea, Heavenly Cream or any earl grey tea
1 cup boiled water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup tapioca pearls
milk of your choice
ice
METHOD
Steep Lady Grey Garden black tea in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then, add sugar and stir well to combine. Set aside.
Prepare the tapioca pearls according to the directions on the package. You can also make your own tapioca pearls!
In a glass, add the cooked tapioca pearls and top with ice. Pour the sweetened black tea then top the glass with your choice of milk. Stir and enjoy!
