Nourish tea is a gentle, nourishing blend of aromatic herbs.  Floral and sweet with roasted and earthy undertones. Sip a cup anytime you're feeling stagnant or sluggish. Nourish Tea will help you reset and feel refreshed with each sip. This is a gentle tea with red clover, chamomile, dandelion root, marshmallow root, ginger, nettle, goji berries and licorice. 

Caffeine-free

A long steep of 15 minutes will bring out full flavour and health benefits.
