Rejuvenating Elixir
1 tsp Matcha Focus Blend
1 tbsp hemp seeds + 10oz hot water (or 10oz of your fave nut milk)
1 tbsp coconut butter
A little sweetener, if you like.
Blend on high for 30 seconds.
Pre-workout
1 tsp Matcha Focus Blend
1 cup of coconut water
A few ice cubes
Add all to a shaker cup and shake until all the clumps are gone.
