Spice up your white hot chocolate this Fall with matcha, a cozy blend of pumpkin pie spices, and real pumpkin! Forget the canned stuff; our Pumpkin Spice Matcha blend has organic pumpkin powder that will add a nice subtle sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (depending how sweet you want it!)
- 1 teaspoon Amoda Pumpkin Spice Matcha + splash of hot water
- Optional: whipped cream, additional white chocolate chips, and cinnamon for garnish
METHOD
Add the milk and white chocolate chips to a saucepan. Head on medium-low, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and you see small wisps of steam. Do not bring to a full boil. Taste and adjust to your desired sweetness. Set aside.
In a mug, add a teaspoon of the Pumpkin Spice Matcha and about 1/4 cup of hot (80C) water. Whisk to combine.
Pour the milk and white chocolate mixture over the matcha, and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
