Whether you're avoiding a painful hangover or simply supporting your body after a glass of wine, matcha and a few key herbs can go a long way. We've put together a kit of our favourite organic products to help before and after one or two or too many drinks. This kit focuses on mental alertness, fatigue and supporting the gut and liver.
Ceremonial Matcha (10g/10 servings): Take your hands off the coffee pot and sip on matcha for enhanced mental clarity and clean energy that's easy on the stomach. Matcha is a potent source of antioxidants and chlorophyll and yes it does have caffeine.
Golden Turmeric Ginger (28g/10 servings): If you can, make this before you go to bed. Turmeric is an incredible anti-inflammatory herb and combined with ginger, this works great for soothing the stomach. This blend also protects the liver against toxins, supports your immune system and can help life your mood. Have it again the next day!
Activate Matcha (28g/10 servings): If you're still feeling sluggish into the afternoon, Activate will help you fight fatigue while cleansing and supporting the liver. Try it as an almond milk latte.
