Our Chai Latte Blend (formerly called Brainiac Chai) is an energizing blend that will get you focused, without caffeine. Trying to avoid the anxiety, insomnia, rapid heart rate and many other side effects of caffeine? This is for you. This flavourful coconut milk chai can be enjoyed on its own, made into a latte or added to your matcha or black tea. Own that big project, get your study on and tackle those looming deadlines. Handle tasks with fluidity and lean into creative flow.
Whisk or blend one sachet with oat or nut milk, hot water, matcha, coffee or tea.
Coconut milk powder (contains tapioca maltodextrin 2.5%, acacia fibre 0.5%), lions mane extract, rhodiola rosea extract, mucuna pruriens extract (min. 15%), bacopa monnieri extract (>50% bacopasides), Ceylon cinnamon powder, ginger powder, clove powder, cardamom powder, allspice powder, nutmeg powder, stevia*. *stevia is extremely light. This product is not sweet. Sweeten to taste at home!
Contains 750 mg of lions mane mushroom. Rhodiola and Bacopa are 10:1 extracts.

Lions Mane mushroom

Rhodiola is a perennial flowering plant. It is an adaptogen, helping maintain balance when faced with external stressors. Rhodiola supports mental work capacity under stress and boost energy levels.
Mucuna Pruriens is a legume that grows in the tropics. It contains L-dopa, a precursor to dopamine, which is important for motivation, memory, mood and calming the nervous system.
Bacopa is a plant native to India and is used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine to promote memory, cognitive function and stress support.
Chai Latte Matcha Elixir
1 teaspoon Ceremonial Matcha
1 Brainiac Chai sachet
2 teaspoons coconut butter
1 - 2 teaspoons mct oil
10 oz of hot water or hot milk
Blend on high for 30 seconds

So disappointed in this - I love coconut and I love chai, but this was almost undrinkable. It tasted like soap, and a bit chemically. Left a weird, soapy aftertaste. I mixed as instructed with 10 oz hot almond milk. Could there have been something wrong with the batch I got? It was actually somewhat shocking how bad the taste was.
Hi Robert, I'm so sorry to about your experience with this blend. This is definitely not normal, but after some investigation, we've discovered that lauric acid (naturally occurring beneficial fatty acid in coconut milk) can actually taste soapy to a some people and there's nothing off in the blend. We're looking into this further. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to give something else a try that doesn't have coconut milk powder in it.
I was excited to try this, especially as it was touted to be coconut chai latte flavor which sounded lovely. It even smelled really good when I poured the powder out. Unfortunately the first sip of it made me gag. It literally tastes like soap and I had to add a big gob of honey to it. Unfortunately, it then just tasted like sweet soap. I get some chai/chocolate notes but the soapy flavor is pretty overwhelming. I bought two packets, so I might try the second batch with warmed coconut milk instead of just hot water. Hopefully the nasty flavor is at least worth it and helps me get through my math class...
Hi Meg, thanks for leaving us feedback. I'm sorry about your experience with the Brainiac. I'd like to look into this further because it definitely shouldn't have that taste. I drink this one everyday and want to make sure you have the best experience with our products. I'll reach out to you to figure this out.
